HWEA conducted a member survey, a SWOT analyses, and a strategic planning session recently in order to update the association's strategic plan. The result is the attached HWEA Strategic Plan 2019-2022. 

The Executive Board is asking for Members to send any comments and suggestions in the next two weeks prior to adopting the plan.
